2. Description of Service
Rank Agent is an AI-powered SEO analysis platform that integrates with Google Search Console to provide insights, recommendations, and content optimization suggestions for improving your website's search rankings.
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Create an account with accurate and complete information
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
We offer the following subscription plans:
- Free - 50 AI chat queries per month
- Pro - 500 AI chat queries and 50 content rewrites per month
- Agency - 5,000 AI chat queries and 500 content rewrites per month
Usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused queries do not roll over to the next month.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated scripts to access the Service without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use the Service to generate spam or malicious content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Google Search Console Integration
By connecting your Google Search Console account, you authorize us to access your search performance data. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access and that your use complies with Google's Terms of Service. You may disconnect your Google Search Console at any time.
7. AI-Generated Content
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to provide SEO recommendations and content suggestions. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before use
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of AI recommendations
- You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing
- Results may vary and depend on various factors including your website, industry, and competition
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rank Agent and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content you create using our Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rank Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding search ranking improvements or SEO results.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
